Get Started and Determine Your Eligibility
An important initial step to take if you are planning to enter residential aged care is to be assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
The My Aged Care Website provides all the information you need to undertake this assessment.
How does the ACAT assessment work?
- First, check your eligibility and register with My Aged Care
- Then, call 1800 200 422 or visit www.myagedcare.gov.au
- Then, arrange your ACAT Assessment (this is done through the My Aged Care Website)
- Upon completion, you will then receive your assessment outcome which includes an outline of the aged care services you are eligible to receive
- Call us and book a tour of our beautiful facility
- We will take you around and show you everything we have to offer as well as answer all of your questions.
